Looking for something to do this weekend? Try transporting back to a simpler time at Denver Mart Drive-In. When I decided to look for drive-in theaters in the Denver-Metro Area, I thought I would find a long list…. I was wrong! The Denver Mart Drive-In opened in 2015 and is Denver’s newest urban drive-in theater. With a state of the art projection system and FM sound transmission, this nostalgic experience is modernized in all the right ways. This is a family friendly drive-in with new releases of PG and PG13 movies and is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, starting Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. COST: $10 per person is not bad at all for a double feature, and kids under 7 get free entry. To purchase tickets, click here. NOTE: ALL ticket sales are online, so be sure to buy your tickets early, since the number of cars will be limited. Gates normally open at 7 p.m. for parking, but that has been shifted to 8 p.m. due to COVID 19. First film starts at Sundown (8 – 8:45 p.m.).
